I takooooo....periodično se vraćam pisanju bloga.<br />
Nije da nešto pametno radim pa nemam vremena,jednostavno sam lenja. A i toliko sada ima tih kulinarskih sajtova ,blogova i koječega da ja, lično više vremena provedem surfujući internetom u prelistavanju istih nego u kuvanju. Evo sada i kanala o kuvanju pa emisija pa kuvaju poznati pa...napravise nauku od jednog običnog ručka. Živimo i od klin čorbe i od čorbe od gambora)na primer=, gotovo isto<br />

Imam jos jedno dete,nisam bila bas besposlena ovih par godina, imam devojciu, pa se luiramo, mi devojke ,po ceo dan<br />
Moje starije dete,znate ga,ukoliko ste čitali, je sada u dooobrom pubertetu,pa sam pored onog sto sam bila sada jos i dodatno luda<br />
Jos sam u braku(to je bas demode,ali sta cu ja sam staromodna)<br />

...Preskočiću uvod, i prevideću obećanje da sredim sa Vama utiske sa letovanja...Nisam zaboravila da sam obećala , ali ne mogu danas, a ni juče, ..možda sutra.<br />
Da li Vam se nekada dogodi da se probudite i da Vas sve nekako nervira, da Vas uhvati "MRGUD DAN" ...mrzim da mrzim... E pa meni se dogodio ( više puta ove godine). Divno, čarobno, osunčano jutro, ptičice pevaju, deca graje, penzioneri čekaju redove u pošti (legla je penzija), idila. A Ja, nadrndana. Neću da pominjem kućne radove koji traju od početka juna, to jest počeli su odmah po povratku iz Grčke(letovanje I deo), koji su trajali do polovine avgusta, tj do povratka iz Sutomora (letovanje II deo), pa onda mali zastoj, jer sve radimo sami , tako da imamo i temu posta Radim gradim III( od babe devojka) ili kako se već zove. Pa onda odustanemo od svojih izvedbi i pozovemo majstora u ponedeljak. "Majstor ne laže, samo odlaže". U utorak je ostao bez alata( pokrali su ga), u sredu ga je komšija zamolio da mu pomogne ( verovatno da popije pivo), u četvrtak nije mogao da nađe naš broj ,a nije hteo da dođe ne najavljen, jer me Jako poštuje i zna da to ne volim ( a volim da ga zovem a da mi se ne javi), u petak je povredio pertlu pa kada je išao na hirurgiju oteli su ga vanzemaljci i prosuli mu moj mučeni džak lepka, i dok je on plakao, suze su mu padale na moje metalne šine koje su od tolike količine tečnosti zarđale...A kada pomenusmo petak i ukratko prepričah polovinu septembra ( ja ću onako, usput da dodam da sam u tom ludilu i diplomirala). A petak kao i svaki petak, iritantna priprema za vikend sa malim dodatkom "Razgovor za posao". O tome tek treba da pišem možda nekih miloooon postova. Ni sama ne znam da li sam ja luda ili su oni bezobrazni, poslovi nebulozni, plate tolike da ih gotovo i nema, a uslovi takvi da podsećaju na ropstvo, a ne na posao. Potraga za poslom i dalje traje, do sada je bilo "da bar imam neki papir (čitajte diplomu ), a sada je što baš imam " taj papir". Mislim da bi lakše našla posao da sam razvedena, samohrana majka ( određenog porekla i veroispovesti ) i da ni kojim slučajem nisam iz srbije , ne daj Bože iz Beograda. Pa da onda mogu da me ucenjuju. A tako bih volela da mogu da budem iskrena, da kada me pitaju " zašto želite da radite u našoj firmi", ja da im odgovorim " zato što mi je dosadno kod kuće", ali pošto ne mogu...Hvala Bogu, pa nisam u situaciji da moram da radim kod čika Lija (kineska radnja), pa zbog toga mogu sebi da dozvolim da se skockam za 1000 000 000 dolara, odem na njihove nebulozne razgovore( nebulozne jer su menadžeri oni koji kucaju poštenom svetu na vrat i nude usisivače od po 1000 penzija) i tražim platu od 1/2 miliona...pa me oni onda čudno gledaju, a ja sva razočarana krenem kući. Tužna, depresivna i još uvek ne zaposlena kupim SUPER cipele da se utešim. Sada imam cipele, još mi treba posao, greota bi bilo da mi izađu iz mode.<br />

Ponedeljak, jurnjava od jutra do sutra. Nedelja je počela, a sa njom dolaze i sva nedeljna luudila. Deca, rodbina, posao...a za vikend putovanje. Zaslužila sam malo odmora, ove godine. Tu je tek caka. Oprati, opeglati, spakovati isplanirati....a oni samo idu. Utorak, sreda...Radujem se odmoru ali sam se već umorila. A onda ona čuvena dilema:"Šta da kuvam sutra?" Uz sva dešavanja koja imam, gle čuda pa mi čak i jedemo svaki dan.Sreća što živimo u ovim modernim vremenima, punim tehnologije, napretka a za nas domaćice prava Meka. I tako moja potraga napreduje, a moje domaćičenje stagnira. Srećom pronašla sam idealno rešenje.<a href="http://www.foodpanda.rs/">Foodpanda</a> nekako mi je ovih dana rešila sve probleme. "On" gladan, "ono" nervozno, a ja lenja. Sreća što sam moderna domaćica pa imam mogućnost koja se zove <span style="color: red;">internet</span> . Baš mi se dopada ovaj servis ( foodpanda). Prvo sam pretražila gomilu restorana, jako je dobro. Pored mogućnosti da vidim gde se nalaze mogu da pogledam i meni, a (iskreno) bitne su mi i cene. Što je ispalo odlično. Jer ja baš i ne volim restoranska iznenađenja što se tiče hrane. Volimo kinesku hranu i pobednik je definitivno restorančić iz komšiluka. Dostava (jako važno-besplatna) cene simbolične, porcije ogromne. Tako da smo nas troje za nešto malo novca dobili kompletan ručak koji volimo. To nije mnogo, a pravi je spas. Servis Foodpanda mi se stvarno sviđa, jer mogu da izlistam restorane po delovima grada, a to mi mnogo znači. Čak sam probala da napravim i Carsku piletinu, ali to mi nešto nije pošlo za rukom, moje je ispalo nekako bljutavo(Adolfu se dopalo, sve je smazao-ali on je pas)...Poručim hranu, dok ja lakiram nokte "Stočiću postavi se!" Vuk sit, a ovce na broju. Pozdrav do skorog pisanja, da napunim baterije morskom klimom, pa ću sa Vama da sredim utiske...Dođe i četvrtak.</div>

Sladolede sam stavila u friz na par sati, da se dobro ohlade,a za to vreme sam otopila čokoladu. Zaledjeni sladoled sam brzo umočila u čokoladu(odmah se steglo). Postupak sa čokoladom sam ponovila 2 puta zbog čokoljupca, ali nema potrebe.</div>

Priprema:<br />
Pavlaku, šipku vanile,so, puter sam stavila u šerpu i na ringlu, mešala sam dok nije provrelo.Odmah sam sklonila sa ringle i procedila.<br />
Šećer, kukuruzni sirup i vodu sam mešala na ringli dok šećer nije počeo da karameliše. Posle toga se više ne meša nego se blago protrese šerpa.(uzeti neku dublju šerpu)<br />
Kada dobije lepu boju(braonkastu kao karamela) pažljivo umešati prvu smesu u karamel i kuvati dok termometar ne registruje 248 stepeni( ja nisam koristila termometar već sam procenila po gustini smese kada treba da se skloni sa ringle-malo gušće nego preliv za baklavu.)<br />
Pleh obložiti pek papirom i ostaviti da se prohladi.<br />
Mlako sam isekla na željenu veličinu i svakoj karameli malo povila ivice na unutra.<br />
Kada su se skroz ohladile svaku sam uvila u papir .<br />
One nisu toliko slane ,imaju neki specifičan ukus koji ja obožavam<br />

Priprema:</h2>
U šerpu sam sipala zaledjenu kinesku mešavinu i u to dodala čašu vode.<br />
Dok se mešavina kuvala, piletinu sam isekla na kockice posolila i prelila maslinovim uljem. Dobro izmešala i ispekla na gril tiganju.<br />
Kada je voda isparila iz povrća, dodala sam soja sos, kečap i piletinu. Malo promešala i to je to.<br />

<br />Kutiju sam isekla tako da mi je ostalo dno i jedan ugao.<br />
Jaje sam kuvala 10 minuta, pa još 5 minuta držala pod mlazom hladne vode(da se ohladi).<br />
Oljuštila sam ga i stavila u dno kutije.<br />
Preko jajeta sam stavila štapić i pričvrstila ga sa 2 gumice za tegle.<br />

Gustin sam razmutila sa vodom i sipala u šećerni sirup koji vri.<br />
Dodala sam aromu maline koja je dala baš fin miris a i lepu roze boju.<br />
Smesu sam mešala na ringli(smanjiti na pola prethodne jačine) baš dugo, dok nije počela da se odvaja od šerpe.<br />

<span style="font-weight: normal;">Sve po napisanom redosledu staviti u posudu. Kada dodate kvasac mutite MIKSEROM da se lepo sjedini.Izliti u podmazan pleh. Odmah staviti u rernu i uključiti na 200 stepeni. Peći 1h(možda malo manje). Pečen je kada mu je korica braon i tvrda. Kasnije se opusti.</span></h3>

Priprema:</h3>

Škarpinu očistiti, oprati i dobro obrisati(da bude suva).</h3>

Peršun iseckati i dodati 1 kašiku ulja,1/2 kašike soli, iseckani beli luk i sok od pola limuna.. Smesom napuniti Škarpinu.</h3>

-Vino, drugu polovinu limuna (sok), 1 kašiku maslinovog ulja, so,(po želji senf-ali on može i preko Škarpine) izmešati i preliti preko Škarpine.</h3>

Posudu uviti providnom folijom i ostaviti 30 minuta u frižideru. </h3>

Izvaditi Škarpinu iz tečnosti, svaku posebno umotati u alu-foliju i peći na 200 stepeni oko 40 minuta.</h3>

Izmutiti šećer i jaja. Dodati van.šeć,
limunovu koricu, polako dodavati brašno i pr.za pec.( ručno ili žicom za testo), na kraju dodati bademe<br />
Testo će vam biti dosta gusto, ali se može lepo izliti u pleh. Od ove količine izadju 2 komada veličine pleha za hleb <br />
<br />
Peći 20-ak min na 180°C da blago požuti.<br />
<br />
Kad se dobro ohladi rezati na što tanje komade da se stajanjem prosuši i tada postaje hrskav i topi se u ustima.<br />
Čuvati na vazduhu,ne u kutijama.<br />
Ima specifičan ukus na karamelizovani šećer i bademe.Može stajati dok ga ne pojedete.<br />

Priprema rezimirano:</h2>
-U toplo mleko staviti šećer, kvasac i malo soli i ostaviti da nadodje<br />

-Smesu podeliti na 2 dela,pa u jedan deo dodati kakao. Postepeno dodavati brašno u oba dela i umesiti mekše testo <br />

Bananu izgnjeciti i dodati med,pa viljuskom umutiti u kompaktnu smesu</div>
Dodati ostale sastojke i sjediniti. Smesa je rastresita a nekako lepljiva.<br />
Sipati u kalupe i dobro stisnuti da se sjedini i da se obrazuje relativno ravna povrsina.<br />
Peci oko 10 minuta na 150. Izvaditi iz kalupa, sloziti u pleh i peci 10 minuta na 100 stepeni. Paziti da ne izgore.<br />
