Sirup od djumbira

 1 šolja sitno seckanog djumbira
2 šolje šećera
2 šolje vode
1/2 limuna

vodu i šećer prokuvati da se istopi šećer, dodati djumbir i  limun isečen na kolutove i kuvat 15 minuta

skloniti sa ringle i ostaviti pola sata da odstoji, procediti i sipati u flaše
